Fantasyexpo is a marketing agency operating in the area of gaming and esports. We implement projects on a grand scale serving the largest brands. We specialize in campaigns based on digital and influencer marketing. We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of New Business Manager who will support us in the process of acquiring and accounting for new key clients (with an emphasis on foreign clients).

SKILLS:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position or sales department in a marketing agency;
  • experience in establishing long lasting relationships with customers;
  • having the ability to meet financial targets above EUR 2,5 million per year;
  • beeing responsibile and goal-orientated;
  • beeing proactive;
  • having highly developed communication and negotiation skills.

QUESTS:

  • fulfillment of the sales goals by acquiring new customers and supporting the up-selling process on current key customers,
  • generating new leads;
  • building relationships with strategic customers, supporting other departments in the company to build the long lasting relationships with customers;
  • creating offers and presentations for customers;
  • coordination of bidding processes;
  • conducting effective business talks and negotiations;
  • creating and renewing contracts and seeking opportunities to increase the scope of cooperation with clients;
  • sharing knowledge about trends and needs among customers.
