You are:

  • An expert in digital video content workflows, including video and audio formats, color correction, audio mixing, and VFX
  • A master of flexible budgeting and unique timeline creation that producing daily video content demands

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage post production workflow for all Evil Genius content
  • Ensure standardization from ingest to delivery
  • Generate and manage project timelines and master post production calendar
  • Assign projects to editors and designers with attention to even workload distribution and best fit in mind
  • Lead strategic editorial & delivery planning for cross functional, large scale campaigns
  • Manage all ongoing bookings & holds and associated day-to-day adjustments
  • Participate with an active voice in the strategic evolution of the department

What You Should Have:

  • 5+ years experience in post-production roles; experience in project management required
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Fluency in short form digital video
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; experience as an editor
  • A large network of post-production talent
  • Strong storytelling instincts

Studio Manager What you’ll do:

  • Inventory all content equipment
  • Check equipment in and out of inventory
  • Incorporate protocol for equipment requests, purchases, returns and exchanges within the Content Department
  • Book, pick up and return equipment rentals required by Content Department
  • Ensure gear is stored, and protected while on site
  • Monitor staff and/or guests in studio to
    • Ensure adherence to studio safety protocol
    • Monitor fire lanes, ensuring they are clear at all times
    • Monitor use of electricity with instruction from Cinematographer
    • Ensure studio is locked up, secured and under surveillance
    • Prevent loss, theft and damage
  • Prepare onsite productions with Director of Content
    • Schedule gear and studio bookings with Director of Content
    • Work with Cinematographer to prepare studio space for productions
    • Assist in the production of creative content and delivery to Sponsorship Coordinator
  • Prepare offsite productions with Director of Content
    • Coordinate production with players and team managers
    • Ensure all gear is accounted for within designated cases when transferred to Cinematographer
