Job description:

The booming ground of eSports is your home-field! As Junior Media Rights Sales Manager you are part of the Media Rights team which brings eSports to digital and linear platforms around the world, create stunning content for a millennial audience on the world's best-known media partners and create valuable partnerships on a mid and long-term basis.

Future Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Defining relevant markets and evaluate potential partners
  • Develop individual pitches across various forms of media (digital, Telco, linear TV)
  • Create individual projects for partners including planning and budgeting with other ESL departments
  • Prepare legal paperwork and discuss agreements with legal team
  • Back-office work like e.g. SalesForce
  • Work together with the team and build pitches and Projects for all TV and Telco partners
  • Help and assist in key accounting and partnership relations with major Media Rights partners
  • Organize and realize own Media Rights Deals in cooperation with Team Media Rights EMEA

Job requirements
 Must haves:

  • Team player and good communicator
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of numbers and analysis
  • Well-organized, hands-on with an entrepreneurial spirit

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with TV or Sales companies
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google docs, and sheets
