What You’ll Do

Epic Games is looking for an experienced Workday Administrator to support our HR and Recruiting teams. Our Workday Administrators are responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of Workday, with a focus on delivering quality results, creating business efficiencies and providing exceptional customer service. Details are below!

In This Role, You Will

  • Assist with managing the system configuration, security administration, data audits and corrections, systems updates, and overall functionality of the Workday system for Human Resources and Recruiting;
  • Identify, recommend and track opportunities for process and operational optimization;
  • Create and maintain user documentation for new and existing business processes, functionality and tools;
  • Support all Workday users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, delegating access, creating and/or modifying reports;
  • Assist with the management of bi-annual updates and weekly releases from Workday as well as collaborating with key stakeholders for change management;
  • Assist with the development of training plans to help end-users, specifically in HR and Recruiting carrying out role-based and user-based responsibilities in the system;
  • Regularly perform data audits and validation, and following up with appropriate personnel for corrections;
  • Act as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities and represent Human Resources and Recruiting in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives;
  • Regularly review system security ensuring users are granted appropriate and approved access;
  • Collaborate with third party vendors and assist with testing integrations between Workday and third party solutions;
  • Assist with supporting additional HR and Recruiting related systems and applications as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HCM and/or Recruiting;
  • Demonstrated global experience in one or more of the following Workday modules: Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields;
  • Possess functional knowledge of HR core business processes as well as strong systems analytics and support background;
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with confidential data and business information and initiatives;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a trusted/strategic adviser relationship with all departments to drive the optimal value of the new technology;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required;
  • Experienced in delivering department and business-focused solutions based on the best interest and needs of the business;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to prioritize and deliver results on time. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while remaining focused on detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
