Experience Event Coordinator
In collaboration with the partnership team and the Event Design Lead, you will pitch and produce multiple Events and Brand Experiences that exist within the Fortnite platform. You will be driving third party teams to execute those visions and collaborate internally to push the Fortnite platform further. You will bring quality experiences to millions of players, and help shape the Fortnite ecosystem for the future.
In This Role You Will
- Work directly with internal teams and third parties to create and iterate on multiple Events in parallel
- Focus on the player experience and ensure the final quality for those events
- Drive the Schedule and coordinate with all involved teams to deliver the different milestones on time
- Gather, triage and prioritize feedback from the different stakeholders
- Communicate internally and externally to all collaborators on the progress of those events
What We're Looking For
- User-focused, passionate, scrappy, solution-oriented
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Experience working on live events, either in a production, design or QA capacity
- Experience working in a cross functional environment with engineering, design, QA, production and business stakeholders
- Ability to produce quality work despite managing multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong ability to coordinate with different teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment while understanding the priority stack with other initiatives
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with previous Fortnite events & concerts
- In tune with popular brands and their audiences
