What you’ll do

Epic Games is looking for a Creative Lead to help establish and maintain the design vision on Unreal Engine 5 projects across industries such as film, tv, manufacturing & games.

In this role, you will

  • Create interactive experiences enabled by cutting-edge hardware and software.
  • Lead a team of Designers to deliver on your vision from concept to delivery.
  • Work with partners both internal and external to ensure that the project is well documented and communicated.
  • Be the go-to person for the implementation of complex content or for projects that require heavy artist/designer/engineer interaction.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in relevant industries.
  • Work with production to assist with high-level plans and schedules.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of experience with credits as gameplay/experience design lead or creative lead.
  • Experience with real-time/emerging technologies.
  • Excellent creative, analytical and organization skills with ability to write and maintain detailed design documentation throughout a project life cycle.
  • Resourcefulness and ability solve problems using the tools and time/scope available.
  • Passionate about technology and gameplay
  • Excellent at multitasking and communication

Nice to have skills

  • Real-time production experience
  • Unreal Engine gameplay experience
