EA Mobile is looking for a Sr. Ad Monetization Manager to help us drive meaningful ad revenue across a portfolio of world-class mobile apps.

As a Sr. Ad Monetization Manager, you will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Director of Ad Monetization, delivering best in class ad experiences for our players, while maximizing revenue across the titles you manage. You will be responsible for driving ad revenue yield on in-game inventory, managing key ad network partnerships, analyzing ad metric KPIs, and overseeing operational efforts within the ad server.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our ad revenue targets are met, track progress, identify new opportunities and flag potential concerns. This includes providing reporting on revenue, inventory, and ad network performance
  • Execute day-to-day yield optimization techniques across all monetization partners to maximize ad revenue in titles
  • Analyze revenue and inventory implications of any proposed adjustments to ad product, inventory, pricing and/or operations
  • Serve as POC to ad network and bidder partners, communicating with 3rd party monetization partners regularly, reviewing performance, yield, volume and identifying new opportunities
  • Become a leading subject matter expert in mobile in-app ad monetization, educating stakeholders on key trends and information and helping to create and present ad monetization narratives to mobile leadership
  • Be a face of the ad monetization team by building and maintaining relationships with producers, QA, engineering and other teams to influence advertising adoption and provide reporting
  • Vet and test new advertising partners and help negotiate bonus deals with existing partners
  • Support finance, accounting and other stake holders by providing reporting and context for things like credit checks and quarterly close-outs
  • Oversee operational set-up and maintenance of ad tech implementation in-game

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong Qualitative and Quantitative Analytics Skills
  • Knowledge of BI tools and Proficient in Excel
  • 3years + Experience in working in ad server/ad mediation tool
