DATA ANALYST

REPORTS TO: ANALYTICS & DATA SCIENCE DIRECTOR

PERMANENT - FULL-TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In collaboration with the development team, collect the requirements and define the required metrics;
Follow up on the implementation of metrics and data quality tests;
Define KPIs to optimize the game experience and evaluate the success of Eidos Montreal titles;
Create dashboards to track the health of the titles developed by the company;
Create analysis reports to provide insights and recommendations to the studio teams;
Present analysis results to all types of audiences;
Participate in the continuous improvement of decision-making processes within the production team;
In collaboration with data scientists, participate in the automatization and creation of advanced analytical tools.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in analytics;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics and data analysis or other related field;
Bilingual French-English;
Good knowledge of the video game industry and its market;
Excellent knowledge of SQL and databases;
Excellent skills in data visualization and storytelling;
Excellent knowledge of visualization tools (PowerBI an asset);
Experience in statistical analysis;
Knowledge of Python a plus.
