As a Project Manager, Scaled Programs, you will establish and optimize operational processes by identifying and delivering completed scaled projects and, in partnership with stakeholders across our company, drive sustained progress across all abuse areas for Safety Operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage complex, strategic projects from initial conception through implementation across multiple abuse and focus areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage expectations and drive consensus
- Effectively utilize datasets to make informed decisions and find areas for improvement
- Identify gaps across teams, develop root cause analyses, and proactively propose and lead continuous improvements in response to changing circumstances
- Launch and optimize workflows and assist Policy, Product, and Trust & Safety teams in the development of operational policies, tools, and solutions
- Ensure clear and concise communication amongst stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle, including leadership
What you should have
- 3-5+ years work experience in project and/or program management, strategy or related roles
- Analytical backbone––you’re comfortable gathering and presenting data for sound decision-making and the ongoing tracking of success
- Proactive problem solving––you find opportunities for improvement, and you’re motivated to lead initiatives from start to finish
- Strong stakeholder management skills––you’re adept at improving processes you don’t directly own, and know how to leverage the skills of multiple disparate teams
- Excellent communication skills––you can efficiently and eloquently present ideas, updates and results to key stakeholders at various levels
- Hyper-organization––you have a track record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- A constructive attitude––no matter what the initiative is, you approach it with positivity and are excited to drive it successfully through completion

- Experience in process mapping with tools (ex. Lucidchart)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have made a measurable impact
- Demonstrated interest in safety and/or responsible innovation initiatives
