Job Description:

Dignitas is looking for a full-time Senior Talent Manager to join our Marketing team. We are looking for a super communicator who will be responsible for executing our talent management strategy, building strong relationships with creators and players. This person must have a strong understanding of the fast paced and evolving talent landscape, have industry-level experience at the agency, brand or entertainment level and relationships with talent, agents and managers.. The ideal candidate will have unmatched people skills, a genuine passion for gaming content creators and esports athletes, and an understanding of how to market and package them into commercial and consumer-facing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a talent management system and strategy for individual talent
  • Managing a team of talent coordinators
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders and current Dignitas content creators
  • Handle day-to-day communications with all creators, including assigning responsibilities, answering questions, following up to ensure content deliverables are done within brand guidelines and on deadline
  • Educate the internal Partnerships team of talent’s passions, likes and ideas to create activations that are authentic to the talent and our partners
  • Work with Competitive and Content leads to ensure timely and efficient deliverables, including long/short-form and live video content
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes
  • Direct experience supporting the advertising and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs
  • Experience presenting to brand, talent and ad agency clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Travel Requirements

Required travel would be approximately 5%-15%. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Work Environment

This position generally requires that work be performed from the Dignitas Headquarters in Playa Vista, CA, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
