You and our Team:

In our efforts to further develop our Communities and focus on executing our Community strategy effectively a Global Community Assistant will become an essential member of the Global Team here in Theale.

As a publisher with a broad and rich portfolio we are looking for an avid Gamer who is passionate about Community and is always looking for the next viral trend and an opportunities for engagement.

You will get a chance to work with an experienced and dynamic Team who will help you learn more about community building and supporting an active audience for AAA titles.

Fully remote interview process, training and on-boarding will be adhered to during the current COVID-19 pandemic

Your main objectives:

  • Grow the entrusted communities and maintain their high engagement level
  • Contribute to developing unique and engaging Social Campaigns for our AAA communities
  • Compile Issue and Sentiment contextual reports during key points of the campaigns
  • Work with the Team to ensure consistent communication and coordination with Marketing and Brand on Community objectives and initiatives.

Your day-to-day:

  • Contribute to content pipeline for the channels entrusted to you
  • Monitor and identify relevant trends in the industry and incorporate them into your content pipeline
  • Talk to our players wherever they are, making sure they feel heard and engaged with
  • Monitor the health and activity on our fan- and platform- communities
  • Identify and report on our community Heroes and Advocates
  • Create simple and relevant ad-hoc assets such as gifs, screenshots, memes
  • Liaise with your colleagues around the world, sharing your content pipeline and ad-hoc announcements

If You are:

  • Organized and can work independently
  • Creative, with a good eye for engaging and viral content or opportunities
  • Strong communicator, who is comfortable and willing to share feedback and to turn ideas into stories
  • A Team Player, who welcomes diversity of ideas and personalities, and adversity in the form of fast pace and at times ambiguity
  • A Gamer, who can appreciate all game genres and does not discriminate against any gaming platforms or ways to play games

If your experience and qualifications include:

  • Quick wit and a true fascination with all things Social Media
  • Plenty of Gaming Industry and favourite game social accounts you follow
  • Active social media accounts on all platforms where you use every possible function available, from Stories to Duets
  • An interest in learning from other brands and your colleagues about copy-crafting and Tone of Voice.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Fluency in English

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in helping or managing communities even as a hobby or a volunteer
  • Some familiarity with Social management tools
  • Basic image/video editing skills ( Adobe Suite, Canvas, GIF editors, in-game capture)
  • Knowledge of the games industry
