Community Gaming is searching for a Guild Coordinator Associate to join our Sales and Partnerships team. This person will work under the guidance of the Head of Sales and Partnerships and will help design and manage the on boarding of new prospective guild partners for Web3 games. Your primary responsibility will be the review and vetting of incoming applications for prospective guild partnerships, as well as identifying potential key guild partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the review of incoming guild partnership applications, evaluating for potential sponsorship and partnership with Community Gaming (This includes evaluation of size, scale, region opportunity, partnership/promotional opportunity, and labor/ethical practices)
- Onboard new guilds to Community Gaming platform (showing them how the site works, training a few admins to make sure they will have success using the platform)
- Pro-active outreach for Guilds that represent significant opportunities for driving participation and tournament creation on Community Gaming
- Monitor of partnered events with weekly reports on amount of events, participants, participant region, and livestream viewership.
- Responsible for internal invoices to ensure all sponsored tournament prize pools are filled and paid out in a timely manner using the CG smart contract.
- Communicate pipeline between partnered guilds and internal Community Gaming team to handle any possible requests, questions, concerns, or problems.
- Work alongside internal events team for VIP clients to create bespoke tournament broadcasts and experiences
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of guild ecosystem (you know how they work, best labor practices, and can evaluate strengths and weaknesses in a partnership)
- Experience working and communicating with external partners and companies
- Experience working in or alongside live streamed events
Preferred:
- Existing contacts or book of business within web3 and guild ecosystem
- Experience with Monday.com
