Games Analyst (FTC Maternity Cover)

The Game Analyst will be part of the analytics team, working to help game development optimize the games by generate actionable insights for different stakeholders. This information is used to collate player behaviour into valuable insights feeding many commercial elements such as design enhancements, fixes, gameplay or marketing features etc.

Responsibilities:

  • At all times aiming to understand player behaviour and provide insights with a view to informing tangible commercial decision and enhancing player retention.
  • Designing effective surveys through establishing the pertinent questions and phrases to elicit an accurate, valuable and quantifiable response.
  • Research data and select/collate information to identify valuable game analysis through trends, patterns or anomalies.
  • Analyze data and construe into productive feedback.
  • Work with different stakeholders and studios and help them with data analysis
  • Assist in building advance dashboards in Power BI and provide insights for the relevant stakeholders
  • Build presentations to share insights and presenting to internal stakeholders up to senior level
  • Take part on our LiveOps regular meetings and provide accurate KPIs and insights
  • Preform data quality analysis on a regular basis
  • Conducting market research and creating surveys to be able to support strategic decisions

To join us for this role you will need:

  • Working or academic experience as a data analyst
  • Be highly skilled with SQL
  • Experience working with big data volumes
    Understand an agile development environment
  • Experience working with SQL Server or cloud solutions
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI / Tableau / similar tools)
  • Experience with doing market research and conducting Surveys end to end
  • Data Visualization
  • Experience with big data querying and modelling
  • Strong presentation, research and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels within internal and external organizations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands
  • Able to work on own initiative but also working as part of a team and push projects with other teams
    Positive attitude and desire for self- improvement
