Cloud Imperium Games is looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team at our Los Angeles, CA studio.

This is a role that critically serves both internal and external customers; ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of external customers’ problems and be able to propose and evaluate solutions & options for internal customers to approve to meet the needs of the brand, the product, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision and strategy for new online marketing products for the marketing team
  • Lead collaboration and generate consensus across cross-functional teams (including marketing, publishing, platform, business, development, to name a few) to develop products and features on time
  • Create business goals, drive alignment of product strategy, and manage product delivery in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all product rollout, and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to business leaders and decision makers
  • Put the best interest of customers above all else
  • And other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee’s skills and experience
  • Find opportunities to understand and identify customers’ needs and work their feedback into your product roadmap.
  • Represent needs and goals of stakeholders to the development team responsible building these new marketing products
  • Be the liaison between development and marketing
  • Represent product to stakeholders
  • Evangelize product roadmap internally and externally working cross-functionally and build strong relationships with key internal and external customers that will allow understanding of gaps to build the right solutions.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably for user acquisition and marketing
  • Successful track record working to deliver world-class products and experiences to players, knowledge of live services feature design and how it impacts product strategy and player engagement preferred
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • International travel may be required as a part of this role
