CCP is looking for an enthusiastic and customer service oriented individual to apply to our Reykjavík office for the position of Player Support Representative to work on the popular and ground-breaking EVE Universe.

As a Player Support Representative, you will have the responsibility of helping individual players via our support ticket system as well as be responsible for the general function of many aspects of our online worlds.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and Communicating EVE Online Game Mechanics to players.
  • Investigating In-game issues.
  • Resolving Account problems.
  • Liaising with Developers regarding new features or for clarification on existing mechanics.
  • Live Monitoring of EVE Online Services.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of EVE Online.
  • An interest in video games and an operating knowledge of computers is essential.
  • Punctuality, a strong work ethic and a mature outlook is a must.
  • Excellent written English.
