As a Manager of Growth & Product Analytics at Caffeine, you will blend a hybrid of traditional roles in product analytics, product management, and business intelligence. We are seeking an energetic professional who thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing. This role will lead the Product Growth team to understand our users, build empathy for their experience, identify barriers for adoptions, and ultimately execute opportunities most important to growth, retention, engagement, and monetization. As part of the Product team, you will partner with product designers to ensure that the growth opportunities you define incorporate known guidelines, remove friction, and result in an improved user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Shape growth at Caffeine using engineering, analytics, and design to empower data-informed decision making in the full life cycle of product development.
  • Define a growth objective, coordinate growth programs, and lead the conceptualization and execution of product changes that drive growth.
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact.
  • Communicate the state of business, experiment results, opportunities, etc. to leadership and the broader organization.
  • Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.
  • Be phenomenal at prioritizing! There are a million ways to make Caffeine better–we can’t do them all at once. Where will you focus and why?

Who You Are & What You've Done

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role for Product Growth, working directly with design, engineering, data science, and product analysts.
  • Excels at creativity, critical thinking, and leadership. Skilled at aligning all market-facing functions to a shared growth objective without direct authority, with a demonstrated ability to build a Product Growth team whose culture is suited to the challenging and experimental nature of the work.
  • Scientific. Curious, skeptical, and analytical - the kind of person who takes nothing for granted, asks a lot of questions, and is constantly taking things apart to see what makes them tick.
  • Strong communicator. Keeping people in the loop on what’s happening, building relationships with partners, and negotiating the terms of collaboration.
  • Possesses hands-on experience instrumenting 3rd party customer engagement platforms (i.e. Braze).
