Marathon Associate Marketing Manager
Bungie’s marketing team is consistently delivering campaigns with content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. We are responsible for leading the strategic planning and creative executions that promote our game.
In this role you will assist the Franchise Marketing team in both planning and executional work. You will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to drive collaboration and planning across publishing teams. You are highly organized and able to juggle and prioritize a multitude of projects. You are creative and passionate about all things marketing and have a desire to help improve process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support marketing team with day-to-day activities
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure plans are efficiently executed
Document and communicate key marketing plans and decisions
Build and maintain Marketing records, collaborating with various teams to centralize pertinent reference materials for upcoming releases
Schedule and coordinate regular meetings for seasonal and marcom planning
Contribute to seasonal playbooks and briefs
Support identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks
Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems
Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to Marketing Managers and Leads
Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties for content in review
REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years of professional experience in marketing or related field, with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with project management with sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow
Collaborative, team-oriented work style
Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Passion for video games and the gaming industry
Familiarity with project management software (JIRA or Asana)
Familiarity with Social Media management
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly),
This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Bellevue Pay Range
$84,000 - $101,000 USD
