Reporting to the CFO, the Contract Finance Business Administrator will be accountable for the successful execution of process and rituals in support of the Finance function. The Contract Finance Business Administrator will manage initiatives in support of the broader Finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive monthly goals review in partnership with the CFO

  • Drive monthly finance team meeting in partnership with the FLT (Finance Leadership Team)

  • Manage annual strategic planning and goal setting process for Finance team

  • Partner with FLT to support finance org culture and events

  • Drive end to end management of the bi-annual finance team onsite

  • Create a change management framework and facilitate implementation of changes for new Finance processes and projects.

  • Drive execution of Finance strategic projects towards Bungie’s vision, with minimal supervision, as directed by their immediate manager or the direction of the CFO.

  • Schedule, drive, and document the ongoing meetings in support of the Finance team, including onsite multi-day meetings.

  • Create and maintain a shared OneDrive for the Finance team to access documentation, calendars, and required action items.

  • Build out a business-facing Confluence site to educate stakeholders on Finance processes.

  • Partner with Finance leaders to create onboarding training materials for new hires.

  • Help in implementing change management plans for Finance processes, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned with new processes.

  • Drive the successful execution of Finance projects in support of Bungie’s annual operating plan, strategy, and vision.

  • Execute the ongoing Finance team meetings and rituals, as delegated by CFO.

  • Support the Finance team with goal setting, documentation, and other ad hoc projects.

  • Maintain the database of projects being managed – rhythm of the business processes, initiatives, tasks, action items, etc. in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Facilitate and support executive communication, reporting, presentations, meetings, and off-sites for the Finance leaders.

  • Seek out and identify dysfunction and misalignment on critical business topics and bring appropriate individuals together to resolve them.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid and demonstrated lifecycle project management skills: building and maintaining work backlogs; tracking, scheduling, and driving projects to on-time completion.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver executive presentations and broad-scale communications.

  • Experience with business operations process, including strategic planning, goal setting, and initiative construction, on a Finance team.

  • Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning new methods and processes and adapting them to critical business needs.

  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and creating clear action items and accountability.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Miro, or other similar project management tools.

  • Experience in the gaming industry.

  • Demonstrated experience successfully partnering with leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated expertise at executive and employee level communications.

Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly), This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All benefits, perks, and time off are provided by and at the discretion of external resource partner(s).

Bellevue Pay Range

$103,000—$127,000 USD

Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:

  • 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position

  • 10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date

  • 10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually

  • One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
