BoomTV organizes some of the largest esports and influencer events in gaming. We are seeking an experienced tournament organizer who thrives in fast-paced environments while still staying organized and sticking to a timeline. You should be able to resolve player disputes peacefully and professionally as well. The ideal candidate is comfortable reaching out to players and working through organized workflows. This position is bet fit for someone who is ambitious to bring new ideas, formats, and entertaining content to a gaming audience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end processes in tournament organization from ideation to execution
• Resolve player disputes in a professional manner while understanding community sentiment and culture
• Coordinate with internal marketing, broadcast, and product teams to build the ideal fan and player experience
• Reach out to players and communities to gain participation
• Construct event rules based on the latest game meta and community needs
• Bring new event concepts to the internal teams and community

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a tournament organizer
• Able to work full time hours
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledgeable of esports/gaming communities
• Comfortable leading projects that require multiple internal teams to support
