As a member of the Localization Production team, you are a champion of Blizzard localized products, and you continually elevate standards to establish top industry processes and quality by collaborating with our product creators and localization operations teams globally.
In this role, you impact the gaming experience for our worldwide fans across multiple franchises and languages. You drive localization of in-game or out-of-game text, audio, and related assets while ensuring high-quality localization of new and existing Blizzard games and content. Partnering directly with game development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders, you determine localization production schedules and work with global colleagues to ensure the epic localized products are delivered on time to our fans.

Role & Responsibilities
Communicates effectively with both localization and non-localization audiences, takes into account multi-cultural differences and is able to adapt to different audiences.
Manage large localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
Drive project scheduling and work with teams to get commitments toward department milestones.
Improve localization pipeline in collaboration with our Development, Localization, Engineering and other stakeholder teams.
Make independent decisions while assessing risks and work well under pressure, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines, but know when to escalate and seek guidance.
Monitors localization service quality and ensures that continuous process improvement efforts are planned and executed by internal teams or vendors.
Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in localization, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the gaming or software industry.
Experience with audiovisual localization workflows for subtitling and localized VO.
Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment and tracking within a TMS for large projects.
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in end-to-end localization process for games or software products
Excellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent juggler; you can handle multiple projects or tasks without dropping the ball.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
