What the Build Associate Technical Director will do at BioWare:

You will work with our game teams to maintain and expand our automation solutions for build verification, creation, securing, and distribution, as well as automated testing and pre-submission validation.

You will be an essential champion in improving developer workflow and iteration time across all of our games through automation.

Who You Are:

You enjoy working with all sorts of creative people and coming up with innovative programmatic solutions for their problems. You have a passion for developing automated solutions that help teams produce great results faster. You want to help us build the best games in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand Build Automation solutions across our games.
  • Work with all of our game teams to help them reduce iteration time and produce great results.
  • Work with vendors like Microsoft and Sony to get our games on to their latest platforms.
  • Mentor other developers in how to make best use of automation during every phase of development.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with automation solutions such as Jenkins or Quickbuild.
  • Professional experience with high-level languages such as Groovy or Python
  • Experience with databases, primarily MSSQL.
  • Experience with C++ and .NET Core is helpful but not required.
