Overview

Bethesda Softworks, award-winning publisher of best-selling franchises such as DOOM, Wolfenstein, The Evil Within, Dishonored, and more, is searching for an Associate Producer to join our External Development team. The Associate Release Manager is a Release Manager in training, assisting the Release management team in all aspects of game submission process. The Associate Release manager is charged with managing one or more aspects of the submission process such as ratings submissions, SKU creation, and game submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist Release Managers to ensure submission and execution of requirements related to the following:
  • Publishing requirements to include ratings submissions and processing
  • Product submissions to include games, add-ons, patches and betas
  • Sales activities to include pre-orders, game launches, and trials
• Point of contact/knowledge base for SKU creation, global waivers and certification processing with QA during product finalizing
• other adhoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related in experience
• Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and with a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite
