About the role

As an intern on the automation, build or tools teams, you will work with systems and tools that affect all Beenox projects. Though your input may sometimes be less visible in the final product, it will help Activision’s professionals produce games to come. You will be doing the same kind of work as the other programmers in the company and making a difference!

Responsibilities

  • Develop tool and system functionalities in keeping with user or production requests;

  • Work with a programming team and attend team meetings;

  • Help resolve bugs detected in tools and systems;

  • Complete any other tasks assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Python and/or C#;

  • Basic knowledge of C++;

  • Good spoken and written French and English;

  • Proficiency in mathematics and algorithms;

  • Positive attitude toward teamwork;

  • Desire to learn and perform beyond expectations;

  • Ability to work with non-technical individuals;

  • Passionate about video games.

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with languages such as GO, Lua, Rust;

  • Knowledge of UI framework, such as WPF and QT;

  • Knowledge of build systems, such as TeamCity and Jenkins;

  • Familiarity with the principles of CI/CD.
