Growing company within the fast-paced eSports/entertainment industry is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. Ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated with a desire to learn.

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with the CRO and marketing team to develop comprehensive sponsor packages that align with existing marketing strategies and guidelines.
  • Develop, maintain and update sales material.
  • Build proposals for potential partnerships, including partner research and sponsorship digital content plans.
  • Continuously research trends in the eSports industry to assist with plan strategy and finding new partner/sponsor opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships, including status reporting and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate with company content team, players and talent to ensure sponsor deliverables are being met while meeting brand/company/league guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal direction at times, and ability to take direction while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time, reporting to Atlanta location; some remote work flexibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience as brand manager or in a marketing agency; 3+ years’ experience with digital media and content production.
