This is an opportunity to take your excitement and passion for gaming, and make it your career. Gaming will soon be the largest entertainment category in the world. We are looking for an energetic, focused and skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs in Amazon Games.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering results by driving execution of programs spanning multiple organizations from design to rollout
  • Earning trust through regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control
  • Being resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities

Our team builds essential services services for game developers as part of Amazon Game Publishing Services, including Identity, Social, and Entitlement. We own the design and implementation of these services -- including the player and developer experiences -- from the backend to our SDK, integrated into the games themselves. We need a smart person to help deliver this for Amazon’s first AAA titles and then imagine what more we can do with Twitch & Amazon for our players and game developers. We are looking for a TPM who is a force multiplier for the team. Are you up for the challenge?

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of program and/or product management experience in a software applications environment
  • 5+ years of experience with an online application or service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Experience with enterprise wide programs that include both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Game industry or publishing experience
  • Full life-cycle product development experience (from vision to production)
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Great communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with product managers, designers, testers, engineers, and executives
  • Demonstrate extraordinary people skills, customer obsession and attention to detail
