About Us: Agent Ink is a merchandising and brand incubator company. We specialize in helping creators develop and execute premium merchandise and build brands that resonate. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle all customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Client-Facing Support: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and communication.

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for the executive team, including booking meetings, appointments, and team events.

  • Inbox Management: Organize and prioritize incoming emails and messages for executives, ensuring timely follow-up and action.

  • Social Media Management: Post regularly on social media platforms and develop strategies to engage our audience. You will also execute social media campaigns and monitor performance.

  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports to track business performance, social media analytics, and other key metrics.

  • Team Support: Assist the executive team with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing documents, coordinating projects, and managing workflows.

  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Jump in wherever needed to support the team, including handling ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as they arise.

  • Video Conferencing: Participate in team calls with video on, contributing to discussions and ensuring effective communication.

  • NSFW Content: Be comfortable working with NSFW artwork and products, as this is a core aspect of our business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.

  • Experience in customer service and client-facing roles is essential.

  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.

  • Ability to manage calendars and inboxes with high efficiency.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable being on video during team meetings and calls.

  • Must be comfortable working with NSFW content and products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and client-driven environment.

Time:

  • We are estimating a need of 5-10 hours per week to start.
