Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the design department, you’ll create fun and memorable campaign experiences by designing and implementing the many types of campaign content that players can engage with in our game.

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

If you’re a passionate game designer and a positive, respectful collaborator who enjoys cross-department communication and creative problem-solving as a part of your workflow, we’d love to talk to you.

You’ll help us by…

  • Being responsible for the development of our game’s campaign experience

  • Supporting and expanding a new intellectual property’s foundational lore

  • Collaborating with the narrative team and other design departments in crafting the game’s locations, characters, content, and plots

  • Designing and implementing functional game content and becoming proficient in using our tools

  • Providing constructive feedback on others’ work

  • Acting as a liaison to other departments, conveying the consistent design vision of the project

  • Mentoring staff and associate game designers

You’re awesome because you have…

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a professional Game Designer (or some combination of applicable training and experience) and have shipped 1 or more titles

  • Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting, etc)

  • Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback

  • Eagerness to work independently; are dedicated in taking ownership of tasks in a highly confidential environment

  • Creativity in problem solving with a mindful approach to putting the team first

  • Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills

  • Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines

  • Habit of regularly playing and understanding modern video games and a voracious appetite for consuming genre films, television, games, or books

Bonus points for…

  • Experience with AAA games

  • Major recognition in your field of work

  • Having made your own game as a side or indie project

  • Experience in adjacent fields such as narrative design, environment art, programming, etc

  • Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper, board, or trading card games
