- Communicate Credit Risk Management (CRM) policy & strategy with management, employee and internal departments
- Analyze customer's financial statements, access credit risks and establish risk grades
- Provide credit risk portfolio analysis and macroeconomic outlook
- Manage insurance limits, collaterals, and uninsured risks
- Process CRM approval (assign credit limit and due date extension and credit release) based on the credit assessment
- Review accounts receivable ageing and accounts and monitor collection status & dunning processes
- Generate regular CRM reports and regularly review & monitor key performance indexes
- Coordinate with Trade Credit Insurer to visit customers to determine credit limit decision
- Administer Trade Credit Insurance Policy, compliance & claim handling
Required
- Education: bachelor degree or above
- Experience: 5-6 year work experience
- Skills: presentation, communication, negotiation, flexibility, problem-resolving
- Personality: assertiveness and perseverance
Preferred
- Experience: Banking, Credit Risk Management or A/R Management
- Tech/professional skills: experience in credit risk analysis, intermediate knowledge of creditor rights & bankruptcy law
- Language: proficiency in English and Mandarin to present, negotiate and communicate successfully
- Package: Monthly Salary NTD 50,000 above
