As the National Video Lead for Minute Media, you will be responsible for managing, improving & growing Minute Media’s video partnerships across the US. This role requires deep industry expertise, contacts and a proven sales track record. You will join a highly motivated, experienced sales team at Minute Media where account relationship building, customer satisfaction & being the ideal “team” player are keys to a successful candidate. This is a full-time position and is based in our NYC offices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our video efforts across the US
  • Create, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies, and partners
  • Create, aggressively pitch, close new business and exceed sales targets by using a robust solution-based sales approach
  • Drive agency and holding company partnerships
  • Work with the product & ad solutions team to continue to develop and enhance sales messaging and collateral to highlight Minute Media’s unique benefits
  • Communicate vision and strategy effectively with potential and current customers/partners

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree as well as outstanding academic performance
  • 5+ years in media sales with extensive Video or TV marketplace experience
  • Proven experience building a sales function within small company environments; must be a self-starter.
  • Senior contacts at traditional, digital agencies and client direct marketers
  • Highly self-motivated, aggressive, focused and cultural leader
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
