What We Need
We are looking for a detail- and service-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People Team reporting into the Novato office 12 days a month. They will support the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, employee inquiries, and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. What You Will Do
Serve as a point of contact for all administrative tasks across People Ops initiatives including but not limited to; employee data changes, verifications, onboarding setup & paperwork, etc.
Operate in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and manage all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
Be a collaborator in the offboarding and termination process following established company procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Represent the 2K culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees
What Will Make You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent or 1+ year related experience
Experience and understanding of human resources principles and practices, such as: wage and hour, employment law, safety, and EEO compliance
Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow, completing projects on or ahead of schedule
Strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including advanced Excel/ Sheets skills
Very strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organizational levels

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $55,700 and $82,460 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
