Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for our e-commerce platform. This role will involve creating a seamless experience for users while maintaining the brand’s identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.

  • Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. Ensure designs are aligned with the brand identity and meet usability standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to refine requirements and gather feedback.

  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

  • UI Components & Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system for consistent application of UI components across the platform.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably for e-commerce or gaming platforms.

    • Proven portfolio of completed design projects, showcasing problem-solving and creativity.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

    • Experience in prototyping and usability testing tools such as InVision or Axure.

    • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

    • A passion for gaming and understanding of gamer communities is highly desirable.
