We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Ad Specialist to join our marketing team and help us promote our games through data-driven, high-impact advertising campaigns.

Position Overview:

As a Digital Ad Specialist with 2Game, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with a strong focus on promoting video games to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming community, experience with digital ad platforms, and a proven track record of creating and managing successful ad campaigns. Additionally, the candidate must understand 360-degree marketing strategies and the role advertising plays in finding, attracting, and retaining customers throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to promote video games across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and gaming-related channels (Twitch, Discord, etc.).

- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to optimize ad placements and maximize ROI.

- Create and manage campaigns across programmatic advertising, paid search, display ads, and video ads.

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually compelling, on-brand, and tailored to target demographics.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time by adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to improve performance.

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track, report, and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed insights to stakeholders.

- Work closely with the relevant teams to understand game features and align marketing campaigns with game launches and updates.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising technologies, and the gaming industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in the video game or entertainment industry.

- Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale, high-budget ad campaigns.

- Experience with programmatic advertising and video ad formats.

- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including different genres, platforms, and gaming communities.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with a deep understanding and experience of working with Google Analytics. The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions are a must.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for video games and gaming culture.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships within the gaming community.

- Familiarity with emerging platforms such as Twitch, Discord, and esports advertising opportunities.

- Basic understanding of creative design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
