1v1Me is a wager/tournament app for Call of Duty. We are about to launch our blog, and seeking experienced freelance writers to help grow it from 0-1.

You will be writing articles based on Call of Duty, but will also write general articles related to 1v1Me like "how to wager in Call of Duty," to help us drive more users to our platform.

Articles may include topics such as

• Call of Duty
• Tournaments
• Wagering
• General Esports News

Responsibilities

• Write articles based on quotas set by the company.
• Ability to do keyword research to figure out what to write about to drive users to 1v1Me.
• Cover breaking news and events in a timely fashion.
• Stay updated on Call of Duty trends, team trades, player contracts, statistics, tournament storylines, and tournament results.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with SEO structure.
• Solid work ethic and ability to execute.
• Strong English grammar and fluency.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices with keyword research experience.

Bonus

• Previous esports writing and social media experience.
