Role Overview

Working on-site at one of the largest studios in Mitcham (soon to be Box Hill), this role will play an integral part of the Wicked Workshop team. This newly created opportunity will demand someone who is self motivated, thrives in taking initiative and has the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Job Description

A typical day in this role may include:

  • Assist with greeting visitors arriving at the office and direct them to the appropriate individual

  • Coordinate the general office operations across Wicked Workshop Studio

  • Liaise with external suppliers such as cleaning services, building maintenance and other providers across the studio

  • Ensure the office, meeting rooms and kitchens are stocked and presentable

  • Monitor and manage the ordering and supply of stationary as well other consumables

  • Event planning for in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

  • Assist with general administrative support across the team

  • Adhoc Administration support for Senior Management

  • Schedule meetings and appointments as required

  • Assist with HR Administrative tasks

  • Coordinate new staff onboarding, including working with IT department on all office equipment for new employees

Qualifications

Your background:

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams and Slack

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

  • Passion for all things games!

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
