This is a fully remote, full-time, contractor position.

We're VOID Interactive, the kickass team behind the best-selling FPS game, Ready or Not. We're made up of some seriously talented individuals who love games and creating awesome content together. We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join us remotely and help us elevate Ready or Not to new heights. Our goal is strong: to establish Ready or Not as the quintessential FPS of our time.

As the Community Manager, you will be the face of our gaming community. You will foster engagement, build relationships, and ensure our players have an unparalleled gaming experience. You will play a vital role in shaping our community's culture and advocating for the player perspective.

In this role, you'll be in charge of:

  • Engaging with players through forums, social media, discord and other platforms to build a strong and positive community.
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, where community guidelines are enforced and concerns are addressed.
  • Communicating player feedback and community sentiments to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Planning and execute events to enhance player engagement and strengthen the gaming community.
  • Developing and sharing community-centric content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Staying informed about gaming trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our community initiatives.

Of course, you won't be alone on this mission - you'll be collaborating with the entire team and outside vendors to ensure we're maximizing our efforts and achieving our goals!

Here’s what you'll be bringing to the team:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management roles for gaming communities (FPS preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing gaming communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of player communities.
  • Experience with social media platforms, forums, discord and other community management tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community content.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
