QC Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 阅读和分析来自客户的文档，提取关键的技术需求和规格说明，形成内部的检查表
2. 检查3D美术内容，包括模型，贴图，材质等，确保其符合技术规范
3. 制定内部质量控制流程，确保美术团队按照既定的规章制度执行
4. 使用Bug追踪工具来完成Bug生命周期的管理
5. 根据测试结果，定期完成测试报告，并为美术团队总结问题及解决方案
6. 思考和发掘工作中的问题，不断优化和改进质量控制流程
7. 积极与项目组沟通协调，并建立良好关系

• Read and analyze documents from clients, extract technical requirements and specifications, and create checklists for the internal team.
• Inspect 3D assets/content, including models, textures, materials, etc., to ensure they meet technical standard. (Compliance with technical specifications.).
• Develop internal quality control processes to ensure the art team adheres to established rules and regulations.
• Use bug tracking tools to manage the lifecycle of bugs.
• Generate reports based on test results and provide the art team with a summary of issues and solutions.
• Identify and explore issues in the work process, continuously optimize and improve quality control processes.
• Actively communicate with the project team, establishing good relationships with all members.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 熟悉主流的美术软件，如3ds max，Maya，Blender等(至少一种)
2. 熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件
3. 优秀的解决问题能力，能够从问题中提炼知识和经验，形成内部规范
4. 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与美术团队紧密合作
5. 能够胜任英文工作环境
6. 丰富的游戏经验，热爱游戏并对游戏美术有独特见解，能够识别游戏美术中的Bug.

• Familiarity with mainstream DCC software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, etc. (at least one).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• High level of problem-solving skills with an ability to format technical documentation and requirements from practice into internal guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with the art team.
• Good knowledge of work-related English is a must.
• Extensive gaming experience, passion for games, and unique insights into game art, able to identify bugs in game art.

Preferences:

1. 有3D美术设计或艺术专背景，拥有3D美术基础和创作能力
2. 有测试或质量管理经验，熟悉测试流程，工具和方法

• Background in 3D art design or art, possessing a foundation in 3D art and creative abilities.
• Experience in testing or quality management, familiar with testing processes, tools, and methods.
