We are looking for a Senior Manager of Payroll and A/P Services for Unity to join our team in India! You will lead a sizable team of AP, payroll, and expense reimbursement professionals to ensure the successful operation of the global end-to-end A/P process (vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, queries, expense reimbursements) and delivery of multiple Payrolls. As the team leader you will be responsible for ensuring execution of team deliverables; compliance with financial controls; managing workload and establishing priorities; hiring, training and employee development; and creating and monitoring performance metrics. This position will also act as an escalation point in resolving complex issues with business partners. You will have the opportunity to drive measurable operational and automation enhancements, including partnering effectively with the company’s Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Procurement, HR and IT teams to ensure FinOps excellence.

What you'll be doing
Oversee multiple geography Payroll functions. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing; drive the continuous process and system improvements including payroll system implementation; and review payroll reports for completeness and accuracy.
Oversee Accounts Payable and expense reimbursement functions.
Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal controls for the respective areas of responsibility by monitoring/updating accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Develop a team culture that emphasizes customer service, accountability, quality, continuous improvement and high performance. Manage, train, and develop team members.
Lead accounting automation and process improvement projects. Accountable for providing direction and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful on-time execution
Develop and report out key performance metrics to Accounting leadership
What you're looking for
10+ years of increased responsibility in FinOps(Payroll and AP) experience, preferably with public multinational corporations
Strong operational leader with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English
Experience managing the executing of multiple global payrolls and global AP processing
Proven ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company
Ability to optimize existing processes, people and systems in order to enhance and standardize processes
Strong Leadership, team building and management skills
Experience with driving automation/system implementations.
Experience working with large ERP systems (Workday Financials, Netsuite, etc.)
Chartered Accountant designation or equivalent
