Join our journey as our new Machine Learning Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team building and adapting large language models for Muse Chat. You will be nurturing innovative, new natural language-powered products and working with models used in these applications to transform and enhance the way creators build RT3D applications.
What you’ll be doing
Lead a team of highly technical ML engineers, as well as stakeholders across the company
Train and fine-tune large language models, exploiting modern parallel environments (such as distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU).
Design and architect state-of-the-art natural language understanding systems that utilize large language models and natural language processing systems to mediate information.
Engage in key technical and design discussions with peers in the team, and build large-scale language model-powered systems and deploy them.
What we’re looking for
Experience managing small to medium-sized technical teams.
Strong experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Research Engineer or similar roles, with proven skills in training, fine-tuning and exploiting deep neural networks (RNN and Transformer architectures).
Strong skills in a high-level language like Python, with solid abilities in modern software engineering practices and ML system design.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, tinygrad), MLOps frameworks (e.g. Kubeflow, Vertex AI, W&B), natural language processing and data science.
Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across teams and contribute to reaching shared goals.
