The opportunity
As a production coordinator, your role is vital in supporting the activities and projects of the Brand Studio, which encompass a wide range of areas such as identity building, web development, digital marketing, interactive experiences, video production, and comprehensive 360 campaigns.
Your responsibilities will involve driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring their successful completion. You should possess strong production coordination skills, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset. Collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments is essential, and your quick organizational reflexes, efficient time management, and excellent communication skills will contribute to your success.
In addition, you should have a proven track record in managing or contributing to archiving and digital asset activities, including cataloging and documentation of imagery, secure transfer, and assessment of digital assets. Familiarity with tools like Brandfolder and experience in client-facing roles, where you established order and implemented effective systems, are valuable assets.
Your ability to confidently prioritize and balance the interests and needs of multiple stakeholders will be a key asset in this role.
