Job Description

About the role

As a project assistant, you assists Production Manager/Associate Producer to execute and communicate on the overall project schedule, prepare the deliverables. You‘re responsible for supporting the team routine and removing blockers. You care about your team morale and cheer up your team.

What you will do

  • Scrum: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily standup meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews, and organize Scrum teams; support the team to remove the blockers

  • Communicate with the key stakeholders to ensure accurate, up to date information is provided.

  • Assist in the development of schedules that translate project goals into action and work to ensure the success of the project

  • Assist team in adhering to project schedule and budgets; Monitor schedule and deadlines.

  • Identifying risks and proposing solutions to keep to the project schedule and budget

  • Keep improving workflow with Production manager/Associate Producer

  • Take meeting notes and communicate them to all relevant parties

  • Responsible for team building and related reimbursement

  • Assist necessary administrative work(seating plan, newbie onboarding, etc)

  • Care of team morale

Qualifications

What you should be equipped with

  • Passion for creating and playing games

  • Being proactive and able to deliver tasks according to the expectation

  • Able to quickly adapt to changing situations and take on new challenges

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Creativity and innovation oriented

  • Results focus and ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Strong software skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, etc.)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, in English and Mandarin.

Bonus points

  • Knowledge/experience of production management is a plus

  • Experience in game industry

  • Agile knowledge
