Job Description
Acting as the key person in charge of the development and operations of a Casual Party Free to Play game, making sure to deliver an exciting and memorable gaming experience for players
Leading the creation of new content for a Casual Party Free to Play game in the Chinese market landscape based on the needs and habits of Chinese players, and building an evergreen local game with ideal monetization strategy
Quickly getting familiarized with tools and production processes at Ubisoft, efficiently managing project operation and iterations
Effectively managing a diverse team of talents (including technical, planning, artistic, business, marketing, etc.), continuously enhancing team performance and work efficiency, and caring about the growth and development of team members.
Efficiently collaborating with local partners, and fostering a collaborative relationship based on mutual trust and benefit.
