Job Description

  • Acting as the key person in charge of the development and operations of a Casual Party Free to Play game, making sure to deliver an exciting and memorable gaming experience for players

  • Leading the creation of new content for a Casual Party Free to Play game in the Chinese market landscape based on the needs and habits of Chinese players, and building an evergreen local game with ideal monetization strategy

  • Quickly getting familiarized with tools and production processes at Ubisoft, efficiently managing project operation and iterations

  • Effectively managing a diverse team of talents (including technical, planning, artistic, business, marketing, etc.), continuously enhancing team performance and work efficiency, and caring about the growth and development of team members.

  • Efficiently collaborating with local partners, and fostering a collaborative relationship based on mutual trust and benefit.
