The Creator Platform Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and continuously improving creator campaigns within the Ubisoft Creators Program (UCP). Â
This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring that campaigns executed through the UCP are well-structured, consistent, and aligned with both strategic objectives and platform best practices. Acting as a key operational expert, the Senior CPM works closely with Creator Strategy, Community Developers, E-sports teams, and other stakeholders to help them translate their objectives into effective UCP activations. The role involves advising, challenging, and supporting partners to improve how they leverage the platform and to drive better campaign outcomes. Â
The position requires a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate with increasing autonomy in a complex, ever-changing cross-functional environment.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Operational ExcellenceÂ
- Translate stakeholder objectives into effective UCP campaign configurations (structure, targeting, eligibility, timelines, benefits, content requirements).
- Ensure campaign setups are accurate, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilitiesÂ
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign requirements, timelines, and executionÂ
- Apply platform best practices and proven optimization levers to maximize effectiveness and creator experienceÂ
- Own campaign planning (calendar, sequencing, bandwidth) to ensure sustainable and consistent operations across the brand portfolioÂ
 Campaign Performance & ReportingÂ
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and creator participationÂ
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve future activationsÂ
- Contribute to stakeholder reporting and maintain a strong understanding of success metricsÂ
- Capture and relay creator feedback (e.g. Discord, surveys) to inform improvementsÂ
Stakeholder Partnership & EnablementÂ
- Act as the key operational partner for stakeholders (Creator Strategy, Community, E-sports, etc.)Â
- Advise and challenge stakeholders to define clear, realistic, and impactful campaign objectivesÂ
- Promote best practices and relevant use cases based on past activations and platform evolutionÂ
- Support prioritization decisions by balancing ambition, feasibility, timelines, and capacityÂ
Platform & Process GovernanceÂ
- Apply, maintain, and document UCP processes, frameworks, and guidelinesÂ
- Ensure adoption of tools and workflows (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Â
- Identify platform limitations, bugs, and operational gaps, and drive follow-upÂ
- Contribute to platform evolution through feedback, testing, and workshopsÂ
- Support internal enablement (onboarding, guidance, troubleshooting, mentorship)Â
- Collaborate with creator support agents (including Discord support) to address creator questions related to campaigns, participation, and benefitsÂ
Qualifications
- A first experience in operations, project management, platform or product environmentsÂ
- Ability to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective executionÂ
- Experience working with digital platforms and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Power BI), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systemsÂ
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneouslyÂ
- Proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of topics end-to-endÂ
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and align cross-functional partnersÂ
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environmentsÂ
- Experience with data and performance analysis is a plusÂ
