IT Support Technician - Level 1

Torn Banner studios recently launched Chivalry 2, the sequel to our multi-million copy selling original. We are a small independent video game studio of around 80 developers in Toronto and we love creating innovative new experiences that focus on challenge and fun.

Job Description

• Logging inventory/tickets/software requests

• Go into the office 2-3 days a week

• Setting up machines for new hires

• Help with hardware requests, real-time tech support within the office

• Upgrading machines to ensure hardware matches team needs

• Able to write documentation and guides for common problems and how to help with them

• Cleanup of physical hardware in the office

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience

• Passionate about technology and gaming

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to ask the right questions

• Self-starter

• Toronto-based with the ability to be in-studio at least 2-3 days a week
