THE CHALLENGE

The Team: T2 Global Physical Security operates on a Center of Excellence model, centralizing and standardizing technical security systems; establishing security policies; providing security training and education; supporting offices globally through security issues and incidents; and assessing security risk across the enterprise, from local to global. We are a small, tightly knit team, covering nine security pillars that contain more than three dozen security programs.

Team members should show initiative by actively shaping their programs, identifying security gaps and areas for improvement, and delivering solutions.

The Role: The Systems Manager will support the global technical security and supply chain security risk pillars. The incumbent will also support the development and management of other risk programs, as needed. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Physical Security for Take-Two Interactive.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON

  • Responsibility for security projects and programs within security pillars.

  • Serve as a support partner on physical security infrastructure, emergencies and crises and other programs as needed.

  • Manage security projects ranging from several thousand dollars up to $1M.

  • Perform site security assessments.

  • Develop training and security awareness modules.

  • Collaborate with security team members to set goals and establish metrics for each members’ portfolio.

  • Collaborate with partner teams for implementation of security systems primarily in the US and Canadian regions, exploring opportunities for increasing efficiencies for cost and schedule, and continuously improve the quality.

  • Monitor the technical security ticketing system and resolve tickets within defined SLAs while providing excellent service to our internal customers

  • Manage vendors, vendor contracts, maintenance agreements, and other vendors related tasks

  • Collaborate effectively with company stakeholders, building and maintaining credibility and delivering value.

  • Maintain proficiency in the use of life safety and security systems at all locations and venues. These would include cameras and VMS, access control, intrusion alarms, fire alarms and suppression systems, and emergency communications systems.

  • Oversee and develop the security knowledge management program, including the development and management of a corporate security intranet page.

  • Assist with security policy development and the formation of technical security best practices

  • Act as a SME for the technical physical security program

  • Assist the Senior Manager and the Senior Director of Global Physical Security, supporting security related tasks

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of security management work experience in a large corporate, institutional or governmental environment.

  • Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM), or equivalent industry experience

  • Physical Security Certification such as Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or equivalent industry experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing physical security projects including overseeing the installation of Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Access Control systems

  • Experience interfacing with partner teams including Workplace Services (WPS), IT, Global Real Estate, and local site leadership.

  • Ownership of a site’s security posture and associated projects through initial site planning, initial build-out, move-add-change projects, site maintenance, and decommissioning

  • Strong project management skills and experience managing medium to large security projects

  • Experience with Lenel, Genetec, Software House, or other enterprise level access control solutions

  • Experience with cloud-based and on-prem video surveillance

  • Basic understanding of VLANs, firewalls, DHCP, and other basic networking concepts

  • Previous experience in reviewing, approving, and managing security technology.

  • Previous work experience in tech, sports, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or airlines preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Self-starter.

  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $72,900 and $107,880 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
