Survios has an opening for a talented and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to be part of our fantastic Marketing team.

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll exemplify marketing excellence across Survios’ portfolio of games. Working closely with the partnerships, development, and creative services teams, you will create launch and sustained marketing campaigns across our portfolio, ensuring we go to market with the best marketing, product, and planning strategies globally.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will work from the earliest stages of development, researching to identify target audiences, determining product positioning, and key messaging to create go-to-market campaigns.

  • Determine the go-to-market promotional verticals, including PR, social media, digital storefronts, paid media, influencers, CRM, content, trade shows, and other channels.

  • Create and execute sustained marketing campaigns for in-market games, including tactics, communication strategy, and coordinating partner support.

  • Collaborate across Survios to create and implement tactics across the community, digital storefronts, influencers, social channels, events, paid media, and PR.

  • Work with internal and external creative, media, partners, and agencies to manage brand identity and produce marketing materials, trailers, websites, and other creative assets.

  • Manage the day-to-day communication and project management with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coupled with a minimum of 3+ years experience in product marketing at a video game publisher, entertainment, technology, or consumer products company.

  • Experience developing and being responsible for strategic marketing plans, bringing them to market with data-driven campaign executions.

  • Proven track record of cross-collaboration with multiple teams across several disciplines.

  • Direct experience or collaborations in brand and product marketing, communications, influencer/content creator marketing, creative development, and go-to-market strategy and executions.

  • Results-oriented, with an understanding of how to apply ROI and KPIs for marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Self-starter and strong team player who can work independently and responsibly.

  • Strong spoken/written communicator able to develop creative, clear, and concise storytelling for various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep passion for games of all kinds, bonus for VR.

  • Game industry experience as a professional and a player.

  • Owner mindset, results orientation, generous with feedback and coaching.

  • Prior experience as the go-to-market lead on a successful game title.

Base salary range between $75,000 USD - $95,000 USD (Base salary range for applicants located within the United States)
