Role Summary:

We are seeking a Game Designer with a strong background in sports simulation games and a deep understanding of football. The ideal candidate will have experience in game design, with a particular focus on strategy, simulation, and management games. You will be responsible for designing game mechanics, balancing gameplay, and ensuring that the football manager game is both realistic and entertaining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop game mechanics and features for a football manager game.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the game's vision and objectives are achieved.

  • Research and incorporate real-world football tactics, strategies, and management principles into the game design.

  • Create engaging and immersive gameplay experiences for players.

  • Balance gameplay mechanics to ensure a fair and competitive environment.

  • Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other team members to bring game concepts to life.

  • Analyze player feedback and game performance data to refine and improve game features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in game design, preferably with a focus on sports simulation or management games.

  • Strong understanding of football, including tactics, team management, and the sport’s global culture.

  • Proficiency in game design software and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
