We are looking for a talented Software Test Engineer to play a key role in growing its Publishing Platform team. The team's goal is to build a best-in-class ecosystem for living games, providing services including account management, payments systems, core game services, distribution, live operations, testing and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements;

  • Create and maintain various QA documentation;

  • Support and improve automation frameworks;

  • Work with engineers to develop black box automated tests ensuring software is robust, bug free, and achieves desired outcomes and quality bars;

  • Design load tests and collaborate with developers on performance improvements;

  • Follow best code quality standard practices;

  • Guide both Test and Software Engineers on unintended scenarios and edge cases to reduce the need for re-work;

  • Run test scenarios, analyze results and create reports;

  • Works as part of a team to maintain and support live, highly available software and user journeys;

  • Communicate with a client.

Requirements

  • Experience in creation of test documentation (test plan, test case, checklist, etc.);

  • Knowledge of test cases design techniques (boundary, decision tables, etc.);

  • Experience in manual testing;

  • Strong knowledge of core Java;

  • Knowledge of the OOP principles;

  • Experience automation testing from 1 year;

  • Strong knowledge of at least one modern Testing Framework (ex. TestNG, jUnit);

  • Experience in end-to-end test automation of Web Apps, API’s and the related frameworks;

  • Understanding of QA processes;

  • English level: intermediate or higher (good enough to communicate on calls with client);

  • Knowledge of application development life cycle;

  • Experience with Selenium Webdriver;

  • Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Cucumber and Gherkin;

  • Experience with Spring Framework;

  • Experience in load testing (Locust, JMeter etc.);

  • Familiar with relational databases and SQL;

  • Git experience;

  • Docker experience;
