Description
Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.);
Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies;
Organize and maintain personnel records;
Update databases (e.g. Netsuite);
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance;
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates);
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules);
Participate in HR projects;
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree;
At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company;
Advanced knowledge of local labor law;
Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits);
Excellent English both written and verbal;
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular);
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
