Description

  • Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.);

  • Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies;

  • Organize and maintain personnel records;

  • Update databases (e.g. Netsuite);

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;

  • Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance;

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates);

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;

  • Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules);

  • Participate in HR projects;

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree;

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company;

  • Advanced knowledge of local labor law;

  • Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits);

  • Excellent English both written and verbal;

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular);

  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
