Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our WWE game team in our Culver City studio hub, or remotely within the US!

What You Will Do

The Growth team is responsible for amplifying all content in the game through all channels available, from community management to customer support, from UA to ASO, and from third-party brand integrations to PR announcements. We are the voice of the game, and we strive to give players the right messaging in the right place at the right time. Beyond that, we derive curated campaigns to keep players engaged, whether it’s a player playing for the first time, a player who plays 7 days a week, or a player logging in for the first time in years. We want you to be a part of our team as we work to maximize the impact of the awesome initiatives the game team is creating and give players the best experience every day. You are empathetic to player needs, innovative to solve novel problems, and hungry to improve and build upon past successes.

  • Be embedded on the Growth team and work with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, production, art, UA, analytics, and research

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for engagement on both mobile and web

  • Funnel players from mobile to web and vice versa

  • Drive native players on both platforms (mobile and web) in partnership with UA team

  • Habituate players to engage with and spend on both platforms

  • Configure key Growth campaigns and features on both platforms

  • Amplify live ops events by defining a comprehensive communication plan, including the messaging beats, what vehicles to use, and when each piece of communication will launch

  • Maximize new feature impact by creating a rollout plan in partnership with product roadmap, ensuring that players understand and are compelled by each new feature

  • Shape the scope of brand integrations for maximum impact and innovate new brand integration opportunities

  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile gaming and organic growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming

  • 3+ years of experience on a mid- to hard-core live mobile games

  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming

  • Proven track record of growing audience for mature games

  • Demonstrated success in marketing successful mobile games

  • Proven experience promoting a web portal for a mobile game

  • Knowledge of mobile app stores, mobile game web portals, app analytics, and mobile user acquisition and retention strategies

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, yet able to balance the quantitative with the qualitative

  • Proactive communicator; outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills; organized with strong attention to detail

  • Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best practices

  • A creative and out-of-the-box thinker to drive novel business solutions

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $97,000 - $160,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
