We are now looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our internal publishing team here in Espoo to support work on SEGA titles. In this role, you will help us bring players and game teams closer together, facilitate community engagement to support our gamesโ€™ growth while delivering joyful experiences to our players through social media content, platform moderation, and engagement.

This is a great opportunity to add a growing Community craft at Rovio and create valuable impact by building bridges between our players and the game teams.

We are working in a hybrid modem, 2-3 days a week in the Espoo office in Helsinki, and we will support relocation to Finland if you are not already here.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Being a part of the central team and contributing to the community strategy development and daily execution

  • Supporting the launch and live operations of games in our portfolio

  • Bringing actionable feedback to the game teams helping to improve player experience

  • Collaborating with marketing teams and external partners to create engaging content, aimed to excite our players

  • Together with your colleagues, managing relationships with key influencers and moderators

  • Staying on top of community management and social media trends to improve the impact of your community endeavours and experiment with new ideas to increase engagement and reach

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Track record of building and nurturing online gaming communities on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, YouTube and Twitch

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, including long-form blogs and social media copy

  • Comfortable being in front of the camera as the representative of the game towards the community

  • Ability to process large amounts of information rapidly, keeping track of different simultaneous activities in your communities as well as collaborating with different teams on multiple projects or campaigns

  • Experience following brand guidelines

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with script-writing for video content
